So i just got my 15 inch Resonant Engineering SX sub in a 4 cube box tuned to 35 hz. Im so pleased to mention that my windshield crack is spreading and will have to be replaced soon due to so much power. I am running a 4000d ext USAMPS. I just felt like expressing my views of this sub because of the excitment. S E X

cracking a windshield doesn't count if its already cracked...

and i had 2 15" sx's off 2500 watts...they aren't cracking any windshields thats for sure.

Yea, I don't really see that happening with 1 15 and 1500 watts.

I have 2 SX 15s on 2500 watts and I'm working on my 2nd crack. First one came straight up the middle and stopped right where the rear view mirror mounts. Second started about 8 inches to the drivers side of the first and is about 6 inches long now.

99 Grand Prix SE 4 door. Back seat is removed. Subs and port fire forward. More than 110 sq inches of port. It's LOUD.

And yet, I still intend to get rid of it and go bigger. I want 2 IA 40.1s for my TrailBlazer. Still havent decide on subs. I'm thinking 6 SI Mag 12s sealed. I have about 10 to 12 cubes gross to work with. Maybe two BTL 18s subs and port up. Maybe. Still a while yet to ponder and save up money.

I'll have to pull a BS card on the above, lol. I have a 2001 grand prix GTP, same body style as yours. I have owned 2 SX 15's each on a Kicker SX 1250.1, no cracks. I ran a single SX 15 on the same two amps approx 2800 rms was actually louder that the two, no cracks, lol. I now have a built in, with a single Treo SSX 15.11 on a XXX 6500 @ 2ohms on 16V just a tad under 4600 rms and ummm ya still no crack! Lmfao.. Put some pics up and lets see what you got... Sure thing boss. Unfortunately right now I'm stuck on my ship til tomorrow so I can't take a pic. Even if I already had one it wouldn't matter becasue photo uploading sites dont' work on the computers at work. But tomorrow I will show you the light. I have a quick question though. Why would I lie about that? Does it make me cooler or more respected to have cracked my windshield? Not really. Not at all. So many people "call BS" so much around here. I just wonder why everyone thinks everyone else makes up so much stuff.
