I'm trying to make this a fun deal for the both of us here!
So I've been messing with this 2007+ RE XXX motor for a bit and have decided to build up the bottom half of it, and sell it. The thing is, I would like for the buyer to pick the rest of the parts, and make it into whatever they want it to be!
Here's what I have so far:
2007+ RE Audio XXX motor assembly
Dual baskets!? - One half of a 10" 12 spoke and one complete 15" 12 spoke. Both colored black!
1.25" long 8 layer flatwound aluminum voice coil
Dual 8" progressive roll spiders
DUAL Sewn on leadwires
This is an UNDERHUNG setup! This should yield about 30mm of xmax each way, but every bit of it will be usable and attainable, unlike many claimed Xmax figures.
This setup, depending on the cone and dustcap type used, should have an Fs in the low to mid 20's, so LOUD and LOW output will be it's thing.
This is not an XBL or split gap design! High frequency response will still be very good, unlike XBL setups. Inductance will be very low, unlike split coil setups!
This is the best of both worlds, and is a reasonable compromise to get what you really want, flat output from 20-80hz.

Now, what I need to buyer to do:
To pick which type of dustcap to use, and the color of the dustcap (if any). The standard color is Black. Most any color you could want is available. White, Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green, Baby Blue, Matte Pink, and many many more.
To pick the logo used on the dustcap (if any). Either of my 2 normal logos (PSI and F**K It!), or a custom one colored logo for an additional $25.
To pick the color of the cone to use (if any). The standard color is black.
Most any color you could want is available. White, Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green, Baby Blue, Matte Pink, and many many more.
To pick the type of terminals or direct connect leads used.
Chrome push terminals
Gold push terminals
Chrome screw in terminals
10ga Direct Connect leads - Red and Black
8ga Premium Direct Connect leads - Black and Blue or Black and Black with Red indicator for + cable
Here are the available dustcap types:
6" Dome - Plastic
6" Dome - Plastic THICK material (Like RE MT)
6" Inverted - Plastic
6" Dome - Paper
6" Inverted - Carbon Fiber
7" Dome - Carbon Fiber
Full cone cover (Like a W7, RE Audio, etc)
____________
I will supply the buyer with t/s parameters for this. I can either break it in and then test, or test after a minimal hand break-in.
I will warranty the sub for a full year against any defects in workmanship or materials. Burnt coils will not be covered. Abuse will not be covered.
_____________
Depending on the install application, the sub should handle in between 1500 and 2400 watts rms. Please let me know what you're going to you it in/for and I can let you know what I think the highest safe amount of power would be.
$350 + ship (FIRM ON THIS) with ANY of the above options other than the custom logo! You Pick it, you get it for $350! or $375 with a custom logo!
I can take pictures of any parts that a serious buyer may want, but I can't go out and color coat parts just to see if you like the combination!
