15 on 1500 watts

im looking for a single 15" to run off a kicker sx 1250.1 for a daily driver, any way i could get something louder than 2 12" l7's, i cant decide if i want to replace my l7's or go with a single 15" sub setup, im going strictly spl. or i could do a single 18. any suggestions?

EDIT: i have a price range somewhere ~$350-$400

You want Quality or Pure Bass?

Diamond D9/TDX 15 would do great for SQL

I would say look for a XXX 18, but I'm not sure that 1300 watts or so is enough for it. Should get it movin well though.

RE SX comes to mind off the bat.

It would do pretty well

The RE SX would get louder on that amp though, if I'm not mistaken.

Go with the SX

If you're looking for pure loudness, go with the SX.Don't waste the extra $$ on the XXX.SX is actually a little louder.At least with your power.

I'd stick with the single SX personally and spend money on a nice box

Your just going to blow the sx when you get it if you dont set the gains correct.

Could probably find a used dd9515 for ~$350 or so. Those things freakin wang.
