Your building a box for an 15" RL-p and asking what your tuning should be? I had mine 15"s tuned to 34Hz, my 18"s to 30Hz, my 8"s to 36Hz, and my 10"s to 32Hz (all SS subs).

I had an 18 in 5 cubes sealed....did quite well, though I would like to have put it in 7 or 8 cubes sealed.

For your 15" I'd do 4 cubes sealed

I didn't care for them tuned over 32Hz as I tried several boxes. They're now in 10cubes each at 19Hz and doing quite well in the HT...
