So we had our iasca show Saturday, and i ended up doing a 145.8 legal on the dash(Iasca style). For most of yal thats not really loud, But for me i was very happy and very impressed with what it did given the money i have into the equipment. Also given the port is nothing but a regular sonotube, no fiberglass or nothing to brace it.

Impressive for under 500 bucks. Cheers bro
thanks, i know the sealed numbers can be alittle tough. I was hoping to atleast break like a 141. Last show i only did like 142.4 legal and that was with 2 15's.

It seems to me that i just have better luck with single 18s then i do with pairs of 15s for reason lol. I also like single sub setups more as well

I don't have near the equipment to compete, but I agree one sub is what I'll always run. I never have enough space and have gotten used to the one sub setup plus its always fun to see noobs freak out when there's just a single ten in the back

Definitely great for the money you have into it.
i think i have some in it given the port it really make shift. Its cold out now so im not going to worry about it. But i need to go back and make a new aeroport, or get one made. I can make it cheaper myself though just with the sono and some fiberglass and flare it. The port isnt flared on either end, i just got it in to make the show lol. Also will be glassing the inside of the box as well.

whatever lol.... i think if i had soem more power it would be louder, also making a sturdy port instead of the flat, no flare sonotube. i see some glassing in my future

You likely can find some gains, but it'll be difficult or impossible without access to a meter.

i have partial access to a meter lol. theres a couple guys around here with termlabs. getting ahold of them is the hard part of course.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif allow the inside of your car where the sub is to really get cold as in temperature.

You will notice minor meter number bumps. As it gets hotter inside where the sub is you will notice a minor lower number.

Anyways nice number, it helps to have a closed off car like a santa fe.
