Sorry fotr the caps for one.. I just go my Tl a few days ago and was too excited to wait and wanted to test something... So i tested my grand am off music, no tones.. and did a 141.1... But heres the kicker.. that was with no windshield.. i had the TL sucktioned to the front of the passanger window.. ghetto yes i know but i wanted to play... Now my question is .. what would i hit if i actually did legal at the dash.. w a windshield

No way at all for us to tell you that buddy, the mic would be in a completely different position, and the sound waves will move in a different way.

You'll loose SPL because of sealing up, but you may gains SPL by putting pressure differences in phase (depending on how it is set up).

To the others, its just a guess-timate.. nothing serious.. Its a TL so its not to forgiving and all i was wondering is what ppl would think i would hit... I didnt mean for it to be one of the "What will I hit Sh!t" threads

2 be honest i think u will see a decrease becuz your car is acting as if the door is open...
