I like this idea. It would be cheap. I would prolly want to do more like 5 layers or so but still, i bet it would work great.you could get card stock from a craft store (Michaels) it is like 24x36. Cut it to the length of the port you need plus 2" (one inch for each flare) spread glue on one side and start wraping the throut of the flairs. 3 layers should do, simply wrap tape around it until it dries.
Hrmm. I was thinking something that hardened and spread easily. Spray adhesive would be easy, but i dont think it would be very strong. Epoxy would be expensive and hard to spread unless thinned.maybe contact cement
Seems like id go through a lot of it. Ill see if i can get the sono tube first. If not, then ill use card stock as a last resort.contact cement does spread easy use a brush there might even be some you can spray
Ok, sounds good. I will try it and if i dont like the results, worst case i have to go buy a sonotube.elmers glue, titebond... Contact cement = fail in ths case
