14" aero port, what to use, where to buy?

How much do those typically run? Doesnt seem like itd be cheap. Im sure the sonotubes are, i mean the flares.

the pair of 10" one from them were 39.00 shipped to my door so i would assume a bit more for the 14" ones it is really quite affordable if you think about it a 6" precision port is what 50 bucks

Wow, thats really not bad at all IMO. And how much are the sonotubes? Probably pretty cheap. I just hope they dont have to ship them

x2 i was surpised on the price. and thats 2 flares compared to 1 6" psp for $39. i wanna say the sonotube is like $10 or so maybe $15 i cant remember
the only problem with the sonotubes is you might have a hard time finding a 15" sonotube to use ( i know you you want a 14" aero but they don't make a 14" sono i believe so you will need a 15" one and cut it down) anyways not many DIY stores carry the 15" sono you will have to most likely go to a an actual contractor supply facility

i had to do the same thing as Home depot, lowes and menards only carry the 8" and 12" sono's and my aeros are 10" so had to cut down the 12"

yeh same probly we had here. a friend actually got the stuff and i think he just contacted sonotube and found a distributor for the 10"

um well it will be a 1/4" to big and i think it would a little more difficult to shrink PVC down than a sonotube and if you use the pvc as is and and the 14" aero it will create a lip on the inside of the port thus making an aeroport pointless

This is what i was thinking. Well i have 2 options, i can use the PVC port and round over the mdf with a 3/4" roundover bit OR i could go with the sonotube/spiralfittings flare.
