13W7 Box sealed and ported....

I need some good recomendations for a 13W7 box...I am building one sealed and one ported...And testing them both...I would like to keep the ported tuned low around 28hz...Should I go with the JL specified or is there a better option for the boxes????

So does every other subwoofer company in the world but that doesnt mean they are optimum....Take the L7's for example...The advertise like .88cubes sealed for a 12..Would you run them in that? Or the XXX they say .8 sealed for a 12xxx or 2.1 ported for a 12 xxx....I can honestly say neither of those enclosures are optimum for that sub....
