I was wondering if anyone has used this sub sealed or ported, perferably ported and there input on how it sounds. Does it hit as deep as a 15" sub would, and what kind of power you put to it, and what size box it was in. Also will it get loud like a 15"L7 would

yes. sealed. and ported. can get loud and sound good.

my friend has a 13w6v2 in a ported box running on a 500/1 and it's pretty loud. idk the exact specs but it gets pretty **** loud
