12W6v2 Wiring

What's the best way to wire two 12W6v2's? Right now it is wired at... VC1+ to VC2+ and VC1- to VC2-. I was wondering if there is any other way to wire it to a lower impediance. I am running it with a JL 1000/1 amp right now.

You've got two options:

1 ohm eh? Could that be dangerous, since JL amps go 1.5-4 ohms?

That amp is big enough for them, wire them at 4 ohm and you should be good.

Specs say it'll produce 1000w RMS @ 1.5-4 ohms, so leaving it at 4 ohms is your best bet. No reason to drop the impedance to 1 ohm if you're getting the same amount of power.
