12" W3V3 Tuning please help

Ok after much searching I cannot find a straight answer. What should I tune my box to, and is 1.75^3 to small for one? help is apreciated

Edit: The box I have planned right now is 1.77^3 (counting displacement). At 31.6 HZ. Would this be good?

I am looking for a combination of SQ and SPL. I want it loud as piss, but to sound good doing it.

it is 4 ohm. there are 2 but in separate chambers. It is either 31.6 HZ, 33.5 Hertz, 34.6 Hz, or 32.2 that i casn pick. which would yeild best SQ, which one would have best SPL and which would be the best combo of both.
