12" sub recommendations

Decided I'm going to run 1 12" sub in my car. Now I need to figure out which kind I want, I'm new to this so some recommendations would be appreciated! Also I would love if you could recommend an amp that can power it as well.

After hearing a single 12 in my friends car, I really liked the lows that it hit, and I read that 10s can't really hit lows as well.

That myth really needs to stop.

Size doesn't affect frequency response.

There are some 3" tang bands that can play lows better than boss 15's

DD Zv4 21" on a M5

I'd get a Taramps 30k for that.

Do they even make Z4's anymore? I think it's just Z3's now

That is the box I am planning on purchasing. I'm hoping to keep the same deck in the car. Willing to spend 3-400 on subs and amp

Since its a sealed box, I'd go with a FU audio 12 (EBP of 42 so it works fine in a sealed) and a 1200-1500 rms amp. Might need to put some poly fill in the box.

Or a sundown SD 12 or SSA Dcon if the mounting depth is very small.
