also you could look at DC level 3's they are like Beefed up RE SE in sound and output

Se will handle a careful 1000 watts in my experience. Just don't go slapping them in a huge box and expect them to handle it for long.

I have ran both RE and Fi to me both companies are great but since RE sold out im gonna have to go Fi>RE but only because of THAT reason.

i was gonna run a pair of ssd's, but for the same price i can get sx's which would kill those and handle more power.. idk never liked Fi, just ive always had RE and i get decent prices too maybe thats why lol

How do they sound?

He has the 4 subs in 9 cubes total tuned @ 34 hz. They hit hard and sound very nice doing it. He made me pick up the SX's I have now. Very solid subs.

im thinking of letting go of my 15" q and trying something differant in the near future. i may go with the sx or maybe the new IA sub that looks pretty pimp once more info about it is dropped. maybe an aa havoc?

RE may have "sold out" but their products are still great. And they don't make you wait 3 weeks and many unanswered emails after you order a sub to decide they might actually ship it to you. I understand smaller, newer companies have a bit of a struggle at times but when no one answers emails or ships product in a timely manner it can get a little irritating. The way smaller companies get bigger and do well is by underpromising and overdelivering. Not ignoring new customers who have taken a leap of faith based on a forum boner to try out what you have to offer. I'm gonna put my flame suit on now.

well said, its not like RE sold out to a company like pyramid or boss. They sold to US Amps, which is a well respected company. Us Amps was going to come out with there own line of subs, but instead bought a company known for great subs.
