But on the other comment....i had the BTL in same box and the lows wasnt as i remember with it, they were def there but not as forceful.....ill try to get the same songs i played in the BTL vid and make one with this one...ill guarantee more flex with HDC3

Like i cant explain it really......its more like you feel it than hear it....the BTL like would hit the lows, but this one just crushes them like with some balls

But the BTL was louder on lets say Air Forces....not that this isnt, and the BTL was at .5 to

I turned the gain down a bit today to not have it make that noise....it sounds like bottoming out to me, from what i have heard when i just played some lower quality subs on a ton of watts

Who knows.....who knows.....im still reallyyyyy happy with it.....i didnt really expect it to take 500.1 fully....its done a better job than i had hoped

as first i thought "hmm well it seems like its bottoming out...but it doesnt sound like the other subs i have bottomed out. maybe its just the way this sub sounds when it bottoms out? blah blah blah"

then i played "Young Buck - Pocket Full Of Paper" and bottomed it out and realized "it sure as hell does sound the same as every other sub does when it bottoms out!" if you have your doubts, try playing that song with no SSF full tilt. you'll see what i mean lol. btw, Pocket full of Paper hits soooo hard on the upper end on the hdc in my setup.

^^^^.....no no....wasnt bottoming out in the vid...i only went to about 35ish in the vids

If i push to 40 it will, i have it on tape when i started Soul Survivor out at 40 than realized it was making noise and turned it down

yeah the HDC3's are beasts. I have 2 15' HDC3's in my extended cab F-150 and i have a Sundown 3000D in them And i am doing 150.2db's on the term lab at the drivers side headrest at 30 htz. And the crazy thing is they want alot more power.

idk what its tuned to we just kept trying different length ports until it ghot as loud as possible but i know it is getting 3085 watts. i have the amp wired at .5 ohm. so the box is rising to 1.4ish
