Well look at the neighborhoods that are ghettos and those that aren't what are you saying the root cause of the crime is? I've seen poor neighborhoods that were kept up and people had pride in them not allowing crap to go on in a lot better shape then neighborhoods where people allow drug dealing in front of their houses and there's trash and stolen cars all over. Seems to be common sense to me /shrug.

As a side note you realize that in that French Newspaper massacre one of the first victims was a cop right? We don't notice how much we need them until we do imo. Then again I have family that's in Law Enforcement and I work a lot with them so /shrug. I guess I' am a little biased.
