10xe MA Audio Sub...?

This is probably in ths wrong disscussion group but theres only 1 person in box enclosure and fiberglass right now.

i just got an 10in ma audio 10xe which requires a 2 cubic foot and 2 ports of 3in diamiter and both 15in long.

I'm more interested in makeing a slot port instead. Do i add the port volume/size to the rest of the box when blueprinting my 2 cubic foot box?

Are there any websites to help me make this box and measurements?

friend gave it to me for a loaner since i dont have a sub yet.

something to play around with.

eventually ill get the w7 but i'm saving enough cash to get 2 cause then i can try to lower the price somemore. When i show him 750 cash he'll probably go for it.

you dotn absolutly HAVE TO go with recommended enclosure space. do whatever you have room for and feel like making. Personally 2 cubes sounds good and id do slot port tuned to ..say.. 30-35hz

with that should get moderatly loud and still have sound quality.
