only a true noob would worry about jl's danger zone

But I am speaking from experience with JL's. I have found they are not power hungry so I would error on the side of caution when powering them. I blew 3 8W6's running them off a PPI amp rated at 600RMS (PPI PC2150). Meaning the JL's were seeing right around 200RMS each which was their rating and I blew them once, got them replaced, and blew them again.

The se's won't be here til friday, now I'm stressed that I won't even be able to tell a differences frum my w3's to those cuz my box.
