$1000 in PayPal, looking for 1 15' and amplifier

The past 2 months I've been thisclose to purchasing probably 5 different subwoofers and 10 different amps. I have yet to make any purchase.

I don't want to spend all the money in my PayPal account either. I'm looking for a very good SPL 15' subwoofer that can be wired to 1 ohm. Something comparable to a DD 3515 or one itself. I'm also looking for a mono amp that puts out between 1300-1800 at 1 ohm. The sub NEEDS to have decent SQ as well.

Send me your offers! I want to end this madness for my search. Brands I'm looking for are DD, DC, Fi, AA, old RE, SSA, Sundown and Incriminator to name a few subwoofer wise.

1500wrms but people give them 2500-3k daily with no problem.

Sound quality actually is better then you would think for this sub.

Mmats amps are not power hogs!

mmats are actually 89% efficient at full output. at 1 or .5 ohms depending on the amp.

and granted they are pretty much the most efficient amps on the market. 3000rms is still going to take a lot of juice to keep the amp happy. efficiency only goes so far.

it does every bit of rated power and never gets hot (in socal been 80 degrees for 2 weeks)

I run my IA 40.1 .5 ohm daily with a stock 130A alt and I only drop to 13.6, something to thing about.
