$10 speakers How would these sound??

I just ordered 4 of them along with 4 dayton soft dome tweeters and some passive reference 2 way xovers for an SQL build in my friends car, i will let you know how they sound.

Ive never heard them, but I know Dayton doesnt make garbage. Seriously if someone is unhappy with theres Ill trade some SS Damp Pro for a pair.

They are Peerless not Dayton

they look like stock speakers, but what i would do is buy 1 or 2 and see how u like them/handle power.

Yeah do this. Those speakers have been on sale at that price for a long time. Just get a pair, swap out the rsd's and see how you like them. Use for a week or so though just to see how well you like them

why would you need so many out of curiousity? Imo a little bit goes a long way but to each their own. Im not here to say anbody is right or wrong because everybody has different goals

if you have any doubt in them dont waste your money, or do like ppl said, buy some...if you like it buy more, if you don't....sell it...

shit if I really wanted to make sure what I'm buying wasnt crap I'd go with Vifa or Morel(definitely morel) but then again it depends on your budget.

Save your coins and buy 4 selenium alpha 6.5's, they are 8 ohm so buy them in pair for the door. they get loud n clear

ALmost double your budget for 4 of the seleniums compared to 8 of the $10 peerless though
