10" SoloX vs. two 12" l7's

i can get a 10" soloX or two 12" l7's for $350. Ive never heard the solox before so im not sure how it compares to two l7's. which ever i get they would be put in a slot vented box for my trunk and would be givin proper wattage

any thoughts on a singe 10" soloX for my trunk, or anything else it would compare to in (spl)

Are u kidding me??....wouldnt give a 12 over 1kw daily and the 15 @ the most 1500 watts daily....2kw+ only for a burp and tht would still worry me sum.

I have some SOLO X's and I would take 2 L7 12's over a 10. Way more cone area on the 12's. If you have the room do the L7's

im pretty sure you guys dont understand how power really works.. unless you're doing a true sine wave, you amp is most likely not even reaching 50% output on music

1000 watts, 2000, whats the difference? in theory its 3 dB but i doubt it will be a big difference.

i would put money on the L7's being louder, unless you put them in an awful box
