10" Solo X box suggestion

Right, got this lilly thing couple days ago + DD Z1 amp for that

I know theres couple box designed by Kicker already, but ppls own experiences are maybe more worth //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

This setup will be used in old Audi S4 Avant 92 model and trying to get as loud as possible.

So found out that the box should be tuned on 40 hz but now im stucked with the box size here ...

To go for the 2.2 qf box or much bigger one ?

alright, made 3 q ft box and tuned onto 40 hz

we'll see the score this sunday at the local event ...

what u mean 3 q ft is too big ? recommended box for that is between 2 and 4 q ft and for the spl 6 q ft ...

Make multiple boxes; you should have a problem squeezing out at least two with a single sheet of 4x8 mdf. I haven't played with a 10" solo x, but 3 cubes tends to be way too big for a 10. I would guess that sub needs to be in the 1.5-2.5ish range.
