10" Pyle Pro Pa Speakers. Whats different about these seemingly identical speakers??

Im looking for a 10" midrange/midbass (dont care for midbass much anyways) to put in each of my doors

I came across the Pyle Pro 10" line on PartsExpress.com and think I found the speaker I want. Crazy high sensitivity, low impedance so I can bridge my kicker and give them 300rms a piece, and they dont need to be very deep. I noticed they have 2 listings for these 10's though, one number changes in the serial code, the dust cap is different, but the specs seem the same.

Which speaker should I go with??

Well the model number is different for some reason, what would the letter difference means??

I like the look of the first one, and its10 bucks less for the first one aswell if there the same speaker...

somethings gotta be diffeernt

The dust cap is the only difference I can see, the cone and motors are exactly the same.

Aparently some models of these pyles come with neo motors

Think that last one you posted would sound crystal clear in a small sealed pod filled with folyfill and good clean power. or willl it sound like poop no matter what

500rms power handling though... ?? 100db efficient??

Screamer and distortion? Or quality smooth sound

I just dont get why Ive never heard of them before, especially at only $50 a piece

phase plugs can interact with two things:

1. the magnet (and thus the overall characteristic of how the voice coil moves back and forth)

2. the air that the cone is pushing on (causing less phase problems for a wide range of frequencies)

number 1 helps the speaker sound better

number 2 helps the speaker play better with another speaker (or.. if placed in a room properly.. the reflections off the walls/floor/ceiling)

having phase problems is embarassing..

its like having one sub hooked up backwards and there is no bass at all from the two of 'em because they are playing in opposite phase.
