No.

The t4000 puts out much more than the aq 3500...both good amps but the t4000 puts out a lot more than the 3500

If this is the newer 3500.1 with two power and ground inputs its rated at 4300rms @ 1ohm. I would say they are comparable. I think the rockford would put out a little bit more power than the newer audioque. Probably not an audible difference between the two.
