A 10 should be pretty easy. Here's the 15" box I made for my old 99 Cobra vert. It wasn't flashy, but it was easy to remove for spare tire access and weight reduction when I took it out drag racing.

I fit 3 10w6's in the trunk of my 02' gt vert - while keeping spare tire acccessible.

I had to go sealed, but if I can fit 3 sealed, one ported should be a breeze.

If you dont know how to make a ported wedge box, your best bet to keep tire accessible is make the box such that it can be moved all the way to one side and slide the tire out from the other side IMO.
