10" DC level 4

Here's some background info:

I'm 16 and from New Mexico so cut me some slack for both of those haha

I have 2 previous builds:1 box for 2 12" Type Rs 1 cube sealed for each sub. I bought an RE MT 15" from mod4000 on usaci so i could try to build a ported box.

i built a box that was 3 cubes tuned to 32.

Both of those boxes looked terrible and so i decided to try 2 things i had never done before: A good looking box and a 10" sub.

So i bought a chrome 10" DC level 4 with Level 5 coils from Noobtastic14

I bought the MDF and had the rest of the tools and went at it. I was told that screws add some strength but that i could build a box without them so i tried that and just clamped each side and waited for 5 hours to do the next one.

I routed out the sub cutout and the aero and the terminal cup.

I mounted the sub and roundovered the entire box.

I just primed it and it looks like shit because the primer was sprayed on by my brother //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif i will sand it off and restart....I will upload pics of it... then i am painting it with a textured black paint.

The box is 1.9 cubes tuned to 32 (biggest box that will fit into my little *** convertable coupe trunk)

That's likely it ^

The reason is because these pics were taken with my phone and the filter is b&w I'll change that soon..pics of the finished primed thang tomorrow.

Tomorrow night i should have pics of it at least somewhat fully painted..

Idk if i have said this but the paint is a textured black with white specks should look cool.

Super excited about that... I'll go get a new one tomorrow... 7 bucks i didn't need to spend..

Also I finished priming and sprayed on one side (the top) with the paint.

Second piece of bad news is that I'm going to need like 4 more bottles of this paint at 8$ apiece :/

I did the top only and it will get darker as it dries and i add more coats.. it should be almost black.

Pics were taken with my cell phone so you can only kinda tell what that paint looks like.

Anyways the paint is like black sandpaper with white specks... High quality photos to come.

id recommend binding post with some 8 awg instead of that cheap stuff =P but thats jsut me.
