i like tu buy 4 subwoofer 10 inches around 250 rms o 300 rms watts i need to decide whish brand is ok. audiobahn, power acoustik i have a box 44 l 14 h 12 d around $300 no for comp.

Are those the external dimensions of the box? If they are external, and you used 3/4" MDF, then that leaves you with about 3.2 cubes to work with, which is about .8 cubes/sub.

You can do 4 10" Type R's, check on Ebay, you might be able to get 4 of them for like $350...

What amp will be powering all of this?

No way... the type-R's will blow away MTX 6000's. If you want ALL SPL, then you can look at some audiobahn flame-q's. If you want a SQ system that can still get loud, the Type-R's would be sweet for you.
