Ive never heard the rl-p. But Ive heard both the d6 and d9. D6 was a decent sub. And the D9 Friggin rocked.

the rl-15 seems like a good choice, just gotta convince my self to dish out the extra $ haha ....Should I get 2 or 4 ohm and shud i get the hifonics 1200 or 1600 watt mono amp?

def get the rlp 15 if u can afford it. throw it in a nice 2.5 cube box tuned at 33-35 would beat quite nice:naughty:

depends if u ever plan on gettin a second one, and even if u dont, gettin either of those amps and a 4 ohm version would put the amp at a 2 ohm load and give them the power that they like.... 600-1000w is what an rlp likes

yep and then if u ever wanted to get a second one get another 4 ohm sub and run the amp at 1 ohm and they will still get the some power per sub.

ooo .. sounds good haha yea the 1200 wat puts out 900 at 2 ohms so Ill get that one... Now with this monster sub do u think ill hear anything else besides bass if im running just front 100wat rms cdt coxials?

depends on the setup but im sure that if u bide ure time and save ure cash that u will be more than happy with an RL-P 15... haha this is the only bad part of getting into car audio... get a monster sub and can hear your fronts.... time to get new fronts.... haha its an endless circle really. but im off to bed hope i was of some help

also u said a 2.5 cu ft box, If the box was bigger would that be better or actually worse? I have like a est. 3x1.5ft space to fill and I would need the box i figure at least a ft tall so thats 4.5 cu ft inless I **** at math...
