well Im not sure what that person meant but I mean like 1 sub with 800 rms vs 2 subs with 400rms each...

Im finding it to be alot more $ though to get one 15 that puts out more then the 2 12 cvrs i was gonna get.. any suggestions to which 15 to get?

Well I already stated Im biased. But the memphis stuff Im running now sounds good. Woofersect has the memphis m3 dual 4 ohm 15" for $230. But I think you could do better for the price. Shop around and go to some shops and actually listen to some subs yourself. Make them put it in a box that is close to what you will actually be using though.

Yeah you are looking at $600 something for one of them.

With a low budget you'd be better off getting 1 sub. If you try to divide your budget into 2 subs and a larger amp you'll end up probably having to buy some shady stuff.
