1 Orion Vs 2 PA3000s

Those 3000d's ****. I did a system a few months ago that has 4 of them on a pair of 9515's in a crawlthrough; 5 batteries including the one up front. You could seriously get more long term power from the 2500 than you could from the pair of 3000d's.

**** they do young Skywalker.

i dont see where your coming from here, the a3000's have been great for me, you have to ttake into account the price, you could almost get 2 A3000s for the price of a 2500d some places

The Orion is a better quality product. You will not see much of a power difference. Even if it were near 600 watts at that level, you will not hear the difference. If you have the electrical system for it. Do the Orion @ .5ohms.

SO what ur sayin is the difference of the power I would be gettin with the pa isnt enough to make a difference considering I have to buy 2 amps rather than just what I have

oh you already have the 2500d, just keep it, i dont know how much is does @.5 but you should get atleast 4k from the 2 A3000s i would think

ive had mine at .7 for a while and theyve been taking it great

I heard the Orion does 3000 rms @ 0.5 ohms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif
dunno about that we tested it againts a mmats d3000.1 and it lost in one test by .3 and in another by .8-.9 and the mmats was benched at 2400 something watts at 10.5 volts and .5 ohms maybe they will do their rated power at 12++ volts but even with the cars on and off the mmats was still louder.

So what does the Orion do at 0.5 ohms ???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

Depends on voltage. Over 3000 @ 16v IIRC.

Ive seen so many amps done this way over the years. Especially ones that had the Molex plugs and a couple others

Yes, they do. As for the Taramps remote control, it is for use with the EQ they sell, not as a remote bass knob. They are not very sophisticated...
