Alright, its been a LONG time since ive been shoppin around for car audio, and ive decided I want to upgrade my current sub amp. I tried using the "search" function but didnt find anything. So im wondering what are some reliable 700-1k watt amps @ 2 ohms(1 channel). maybe for 250-500$.

Kicker makes like 2-3 amps that fit your needs and budget...

Kicker ZX1000.1 would be your best bet and the Memphis 16-MCD1500 if u really wanna throw some major power around @ 2 ohms. But I recommend the Kicker ZX1000.1. Right in the meat of your budget and is proven to do atleast 1000 watts.

Oldschool Soundstream rubicon 702 or the 1002. Also another good brand that was mentioned here is Kicker. The oldschool amps I liked were the DX and ZR models.
