1 OHM stable AMP. 1,500w to 2,000w SUGGESTIONS

I just got a MEMPHIS mojo sub.

It is DUAL two ohm which I will prob wire in 1 ohm.

It is rated at 1000w RMS. I am looking for an amp that has 1500w + so I can run the at at 1,100 to 1,200w without clipping and maybe a little more.

Do you guys have any suggestions of amps that are DECENT but don't cost an arm and a leg.

ALSO I am very interested in preowned amps.

Audiopipe about as cheap as you can go for price and doing rated. There is one on the forum for 135 dollars shipped right now. It is 1500 watts at 1 ohm

it is CEA rated?

DOES IT DO WHATS RATED?

HOW IS THE SQ of it?

I dont have any experience with those are they any good?

Id tell you to look into the Memphis mcd1500 but it looks like its only stable down to 2 ohms but it does rms 1500 @2 ohms and I can tell ya them Memphis amps are no joke! The mcd 1100 is 1 ohm stable but the rms might not be as high as you would want for the Mojo.

I appreciate all of the input, I will look into all of them.

The problem that I have is that I am NOT familiar with many brands, and I don't know which ones speak the TRUTH about actual power, or they are telling fibs about magical 20v systems.

I have had Memphis amps previously, liked them, have had kicker too but thats about the extent of my amp journey.

I could theoretically look at websites and find for myself what amps state that they are 1 ohm stable, BUT I don't know enough to tell if they are good brands or not. MEANING I don't want to buy a 4k watt lanzar which actually pushes 400 true.

The whole thing about 1500w+ is that I want to be able to cleanly get 1.2 1.4k watts without clipping.

I believe the only way to do that is to get a more powerful amp then my immediate needs.

Is this belief correct?
