1 ohm or 2 ohm for JBL 1200.1?

Hey guys, I have heard that running at 1 ohm will give me roughly 1300 rms. I am going to run two Type R 12's. The dual 2 and Dual 4 ohm versions will cost me roughly the same. Is the difference in power worth it? Also how much more draw on my electrical system will it be from 1 ohm and 2.

Thats what I was thinking. I was running it at 1 ohm with the SX and it killed my electrical system.

Those 1200.1's are mildly underrated and even a 2ohm will probably give you right around 1300w. Not like that 100w either way will make an audible difference though......
