1 Channel off?

Well I've troubleshot the amp to the best of my abilities and have run out of ideas.

The problem is my 1 channel seems to very low and distored. The rest of the channels are running just fine just the 1 channel is off. When I say off I mean it is significantly lower and distorted. I've swapped the speakers around and I get the same effect on all the speakers so I've narrowed it down to the amplifier.

I'm running a US AMPS AX-5600 amp. And I've tried to use my ipod as a second source and I get the same thing. So I'm pretty sure it's the amp.

Feel free to get technical.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Also if anybody knows where I could get the wiring diagrahm for the amp that would atleast help me find somewhere to look.

sounds like a bad channel to me, try another amp.

If only that was an option, what I'm trying to find out is where should I look inside the amp for possible faults.
