According to this guy Iknow and try to help out, told me that if i was to use two identical 1000 watt class d amps and 2 12" subs that will handle a 1000watts rms, that i will not have 2000watts summed...huh1 his reasoning is that you will get some type of back wave and you will only have 1000 watts total...I`m like wtf are you talking about...it gets better I had another guy tell me that you cannot get a sub to play at 4 ohms on a mono amp...his reasoning was this, you have to bridged the amp down and hook the 4 ohm sub in series- parallel..have you guy ever heard such stupidityI just shook my head //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

1*1=2 though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

LOL, It does have an effect on the resistance the amps will see and how you can wire them, but WTF, back waves, HAVE to wire it 4ohm series. Glad you shook your head.

I could`nt do nothing else after hearing that, some people will just not listeneven after you show them....and the other guywhen he told me you could`nt get a 1000 watts out of a 1000 watt @4 ohms amp if you hooked up a single 4 ohm sub to it I knew then that it was a losing battle.

I had a guy at a local shop tell me today that any amp with a 60 amp fuse or bigger must be run off a 2nd battery or atleast a 5 farad cap......

geeeee so all thos guys running 2500d's off there starter battery are wrong?
