I had a guy at a local shop tell me today that any amp with a 60 amp fuse or bigger must be run off a 2nd battery or atleast a 5 farad cap......
geeeee so all thos guys running 2500d's off there starter battery are wrong?

Of course, everyone knows that you must have a cap if you are gonna run any more than 200 watts. It is just safety for your electrical system.
