1 0hm wiring

alright so i connect the one negative terminal on one side and one positive terminal on the other side to get 1 ohm sub

 
Connect both negative to the amp, and both positives to the amp, respectively. This will wire one DVC 2 ohm sub to present a 1 ohm load to the amp.

Subs are not "stable" They are the load, and unchanging for all intensive purposes. You change the load presented to the amp by combinations of voice coils/subs with series/parallel wiring.
