would this work???

I don't follow what you are saying about the pos/neg stuff.

The "safe" thing to do, is just drop the Kicker into the hole in your box, just to plug the hole, but don't hook it up, and just run with the one sub for now.

BTW, your amp is underpowered for two of those subs. You have two subs that are rated for 1000w rms each, but only a single 1000w amp. Also, I hope you're not running your subs wired to .5 ohm, since I don't believe that amp is .5 ohm stable.

no i have 2 t1000's one for each sub but i know that the kicker would not hang that amp so thats why i did that. the way i have the sub connected is the negative from one side to the other negative same for the positive and from thir i havr the wire comming from the box to a pos and neg from the same side

Okay that makes more sense. With each sub having its own dedicated amp, you can use the Kicker.

However, you said the Kicker Comp you have is rated for 300w rms. There are no Kicker Comp subs rated for 300w. I think either you are mistaken on the power rating, or the model of sub.

Anyway, once you are sure of the power rating for that sub, you can set the gain using a multimeter and a test tone.

Do you know how to set the gains with a meter and test tone?
i hate to say it but no, i dount even know what a test tone is but im getting serious aboult audio so if u can help me out it would be highly appreciated
