He only sat in my jeep once and that was it lol. He said "My chest! I could not breath.... and my vison went to hell. I dont like it that loud."

He took my gain nob and turned it all the way down to around 400rms and he said it was perfect ROFL

Box that size needs to be double walled and triple baffle at the least, plus bracing to tie the sides, top, and bottom together. Otherwise it's gonna flex like a ***** and hurt output, especially with MDF.

I just did a box for 4 15" alum HDC's a few weeks ago and used Baltic Birch since it's stronger and lighter and I sill tried to overbuild it. Mine ended up around 17+ cubes tuned at 41Hz, but still seems to drop pretty low...

yeah im going to put in some 4 foot bolts for the side bracing. Dubble baffle, and the port walls are also bracing.... should be good. How much power u throwing @ that system?

iv never done bolt bracing before. anything specal i have to do?
