I installed audio battery & compacitor my instrument cluster still flash and back tail lights and when i go to turn my brights on it makes a grounding sound in the speakers

No big 3 set up i have 4 guage wire running i have 3000 watt amp quatum audio pushing 2 15's q powers & just got a off brand 1000 watt pushing the door speakers and the rear deck & 2000 watt audio battery & compacitor
