Ive heard that the older models u should break in for atleast 2 weeks or they will blow and be no good. Ive also heard the 06 models are alot better made and more dependable.SO should i baby on them for the first 2 weeks or with the new models u dont have to break in. It is a 12" 06 L7

ive heard with the older models they get quieter as they break in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

yea just do it....for 2 weeks just dont crank it at all....especially when u just get it in...just listen to it very and after one week then turn it up half way at MAX...then at 1 week and a few days u can turn it up more and so on

X3 i either think that mine get quiter as they get more play time on em or im really just gettin used to it.... but i doubt that...
x4, I get used to it. And for some reason, everytime my pops gets finished driving my car, my subs don't seem as loud anymore. . weird (and no he doesn't bump).
