04 Sierra system help

Not sure where to post. I have an 2004 Sierra that I'm looking to put a new head unit since my stock head unit cd player (stock bose system) won't eject a cd. Also I'm looking to hook up my old amp and (2) subs. The last time I had this setup running was over 5 years ago and someone else set this up for me. I'm looking to install this in the extended cab under the bench seats. If possible hoping be have it where I could possibly quick disconnect this system as well to take it out. Thanks for any help is appreciated.

Vehicle - 2004 GM Sierra SLT

Headunit - Pioneer (I haven't bought yet)

Amp - Rockford Fosgate 301M

Subwoofers - Pioneer TS-W34C
