I have an 04 explorer limited with the rear tv/dvd entertianment center. I recently took out my factory CD player head unit and installed an Eclpise AVN5435 DVD/Navi system. Once I did that I lost the ability to use the rear entertainment center. The rear DVD player powers up but no power or picture on the screen.
This is what I want to do and does anyone know if it possible.....?
I want the rear tv to act as a relay to the front screen (i.e be able to show what is playing on the eclipse deck that is up front. But be also to use the "source" button on the rear DVD player and be able to play a differnt DVD in the back. So the eciplse deck can show the navigation and play the radio out of the car speakers, but also have the kids pop in a DVD in the back and be able to untilize the wireless headphones.
