03 Honda Accord audio set up

So I am running a stock stereo and have an aux cable connected directly through the back of the unit. My question is if there are any Bluetooth hubs that can be connected to the aux out. I want to get the new iPhone but can't charge and listen to music at the same time. From what have seen is you need an aux in, not sure if there are units that I can plug my headphone jack into or if there are adapters that have 2 audio out inputs. I am trying not to lose sound quality as well. Any help is appreciated and if I have confused you let me know
