Hey guys im in the process of putting in a stereo my gf's 03 alero there is no factory amp in it incase you were wondering but im trying to run the remote turn on for it and im curious as to what wire in the ingnition harness is the accesory i believe its orange but i just wanna double check and im also curious what would be a good way to tap into that wire? i dont know how to solder so if you can give me something else other than that it would be great thanks guys

lust run it somewhere in the fuse box, read the manual it'll say what it is, just find something that would turn on the same time as the radio then tap into that

There is no accessory wire connected to the radio in a 2003 Alero. Deep inside the radio cavity, to the left, you'll see a bundle of wires running to the key switch. The thick brown wire in the bundle is an accessory wire. You can tap this wire for your amp turn-on; be sure to use a fuse.
