Why not get sky high 1/0? You can get a whole roll for 150 shipped.

I'm gonna go with 2/0 welding wire linked above... I don't need a whole role. This is my last build, nothing big.

Gotchya... a guy local on craigslist has some 1/0 welding cable for 1.50 a foot, might pick that up. If it doesn't look good I'll end up getting the stuff above. Looks really nice, thanks for the link!

So this welding cable is pretty much the same as say shy highs 1/0 ofc wire? (Considering i get the 2/0 welding cable) Because if it is, you sir just saved me almost $80 bucks cut my wire costs in half! Thanks!

The welding cable is OFC cable in a true 1/0. If you are accustomed to "oversized" 1/0 get the 2/0 and it will be bigger than the oversized. But overall the cable is quality and as advertised.

Well... I haven't ran it yet but it'd def. ofc and more flexible than I was expecting it to be. It's quite a bit larger than 1/0 ofc car audio wire I've used in the past. I haven't ran it because I decided to change out everything and start over. I'll post pics up of the wire if you want.

Yes if you can post some pics please do, ive seen how big SHCA 1/0 ofc is and its huge compared to all the other 1/0 ive seen, and im just wondering how this welding cable compares to it. I re did my measurements and ima end up having to buy a 50 ft spool so idk to go with the welding cable or SHCA cable
