USB lossless is the same or better quality as CDR playback, and if you already have the USB port, it's just a better solution.

Are you looking for a double-din radio or a single-din? Do you want a touch screen or no screen at all? What is your budget? Last question, what year is your 4Runner?
My bad, thought you were looking for a CD player to plug into an existing head unit with a USB port. Have to believe there are many DVD/CDR/CD playing head units on the market.
