so im mounting amps to back seat, ahve mdf board under seat carpet to grip too, but ground running under rear seat wont cause problems will it?

its ok guys im just a failure of a self-installer lol i just had an improper ground. But its all working now and ill put up some pics once i finish the job. Just gotta attach the MDF cutout to my back seat then mount my amps and wire subs. Might tap some neon lights into the amp power sources...

i shouldnt have fried anything on the amp though should i? nothing was hooked up when they crossed. I replaced all the fuses and no change. Can't figure out why the hell it wont even turn on.

UPDATE looked at all fuses and there didnt seem to be a crack in any of them. Replaced the fuses in distribution block and checked with a meter. THough unsure if i was using meter right i did get a reading on power switch so there has to be current going through the wire. But its still not...
