uh should be the same theoritically(sp?). but I would say the ported 15 has the ability to get louder and if done right can sound just as good.

the tc 5200. good I could only imagine 4 of those in the right set up. have only heard anything remotely close to what that would be and that was a civic hatchback with 4 15s in a wall behind the seat made by ID. they were called idspls made for a team member of theirs. he had them on 8 zapco...

make sure you hard wire it also. if you use the radio adaptor don't expect the quality to be any better then radio.

na doesn't really matter. I would just take out the speakers. it you box is ported or your building a ported box build the ports outside the box and coming up through the deck.

some don't secure them, some do it with velcro. I would reccommend doing it before you install the speakers with screws like you said.

either ss, tc or idmax. if you wanna spend the money the either the lms4k or the tc3k would prolly be your best bet. If you want it loud the 3k would prolly be the best.

you can also resin it and make it look even better.

just build your own out of mdf and paint them. make them like the soundstream ones but witht he logo of you sub in the middle. all you do is cut 8 curved peices out of mdf. so each piece comes up and curves over the speaker. then cut out the logo and glue it all together. then sand and paint...

na one of their new speakers actually from them. if you have the money then go with the lms 4000. if not then go with the tc 1000. a ss rl would be good to.

you should resin the outside, sand it down and paint in smooth. will look much better. build looks good though.

looks good. plan on doing something kinda like this late this year or early next. one question, why not go ahead and glass the wheel well since it doesn't look like you will be able to get to the spare anyways?

snoop im sure that happens a lot. but thats why Im placing mine in a fiberglass well. and hell with a 3 year replacement warrenty who cares if it blows up. i mean it only cost a trip to sams anyways to get it replaced.
