what i would do is make a clone of the box that broke if you liked it. and try to brace the pieces that broke someway. id say use fiberglass and do the inside, but that can get costly. but thats just my 2cents

uh... well for one thing dont run your stereo with the car off. for added insurance many run with two batteries wired in parallel. high output alternators really help with the stress on the electrical sysetm, but are also fairly expensive. im not sure if this is the case for any others, but...

what is all involved in making a glass dash?

who needs screws anyways. the glue alone is stronger. i use 1.5inch brad nails in a gun. but the build it looks great. wish i would have done a couple of the things you did. what did you use to put on the outside of the box to smooth it out?

yeah thats the back of the box without the actual back of the box...if that makes any sense.

ill get some vids up soon. it poundds. any body got any ideas on how to keep rear view mirrors from moving? its stiff as it is and isnt really that easy to move. but after 2 seconds its shifted 2 inches. =]

ahh no its functional. cant tell from teh pics though. i put the face on and routered everything. yeah i plan to. just didnt have enough time.
